Welcome to the MOGSC HSE Hub — a collaborative initiative between HSE MPM and the Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC) to strengthen safety culture and knowledge sharing across the industry.
This platform is designed to support third-party service providers serving all Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs) in Malaysia. It offers access to HSE Alerts, Lessons Learnt, and practical resources to help improve safe and reliable operations. We are also proud to introduce Human Performance Improvement (HPI) as part of our HSE approach. By understanding how people interact with systems and environments, we can reduce risks and enhance overall performance.
In line with our commitment to safety excellence, we strongly encourage the adoption of the IOGP Life-Saving Rules (LSR) across all operations. These globally recognised rules provide a clear and consistent framework to prevent fatal incidents and reinforce safe behaviours. By embedding LSR into our daily routines, we can drive a proactive safety culture and protect lives.
