MOGSC activities largely revolve around the working groups. The working groups are driven by MOGSC members and focus on matters of interest to their particular industry sector.

Each working group is assigned a mentor from the Executive Committee. The working groups have regular monthly meetings, leading to larger events such as dialogues, forums and workshops with other members and industry stakeholders.
